Zendrop Coverage (What We Cover)
- Damaged items: full refund or replacement if reported within 30 days of delivery, with photo or video proof of the defect (packaging damage alone isn’t covered).
- Incorrect or missing items: full refund or replacement with photo or video proof (include the item, original packaging, and shipping label).
- Order delays: refund or resend if tracking shows stuck in transit beyond 60 days (45 days for US, 110 days for Brazil).
- Refund eligibility window: requests must be made within 90 days of payment.
How to Report a Problem
Customers should submit a support request through our support portal and attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Important Notes
- Zendrop does not provide product warranties, and refunds or replacements are only when Zendrop is at fault.
- If tracking shows “delivered,” refunds or replacements are not processed unless the customer provides a non-delivery certification from the carrier/postal authority.
